Más’ atmosphere is as just as exciting as the food and has the space to cater to all of your needs. The first floor invites you to enjoy the spacious and lively Cantina while the second floor’s rock-n-roll inspired Tequila Bar & Velvet Lounge will transform you to the West Coast. In the warmer months, be sure to return for the Más Signature frozen margarita at “Más on the Roof,” West Chester’s ONLY rooftop dining destination, with the capacity to comfortably entertain over 150 guests.

Meet the Owners
John’s love for food and cooking started at a very young age where he spent many hours in the kitchen alongside his Mother, June. June taught her son how to create many dishes and every once in a while, she would share secrets of family recipes. Throughout high school and college, John worked at local restaurants where he continued to hone his cooking skills while learning the restaurant biz”. Spending many hours in the kitchen of others, he always dreamed of having his own place and although John is still part owner and largest shareholder of Doc’s Oyster House in Dover Downs, DE, his favorite fare is Mexican! In 2009, John turned his attention towards bringing a unique Mexicali inspired experience to West Chester, Pennsylvania. John’s latest independently owned and operated creation, Más Mexicali Cantina, is located downtown in the heart of West Chester.
John’s wife of more than twenty years, Joanne, designed and decorated Más helping in bringing their vision to life. From the authentic Mexican décor of the Cantina and the rock-n-roll vibe of the Tequila Bar and Velvet Lounge, to the one-of-a-kind rooftop, Más’ incomparable atmosphere is infused with her passion to delight. Together John & Joanne have created a dining experience that reflects their love for great food in an atmosphere that celebrates their love for family and friends.

The over-the-top grille features affordable family favorites like Mexicali tacos, awesome burritos, sizzling fajitas, and fresh chips with homemade salsas. The menu also has a variety of vegetarian and Tofu dishes to please all of our friends.
Rooftop dining is walk in only, although if it is available upon the time of your reservation we will be happy to seat you on the roof.
